I unchecked the "Allow driver to override" in the print banner section. This has seemed to work.
That is the point of the last 2 options in the setting, I find it odd that it doesn't work for you, it should change it depending on the 2 lower toggles.
The Print Banner Page is set to off already. But it still prints the banner page. Mind you, only when printing from the Xerox App. Not when printing from his laptop.
And thank you for letting me know that the Xerox app will not allow the user to print without signing in. I will have to make the networking group allow Airprint to work on the Wifi.
To disable the banner, go here and disable them
It won't release without telling it to, if they want that they need to use Airprint, which will require them to be on the same network as the printer.
Hello all, thank you in advance for any help you can provide.
We have a Xerox VersaLink B400, that only one person is using.
They have been set up with the Xerox Print Portal App on their iPhone.
When they print they have to sign into the printer to release the job, and a "cover page" comes out with each print. How can I turn off the cover page and how can I make the print job release without the user having to sign into the printer and telling it to release?
Thank you,
